So, your company never communicated back with me. Never sent me a receipt, and charged me for everything including the complimentary drinks, and the valet parking that your manager Maria Elena said she would waive. All of this and your valet parking attendant on the last day started throwing up his hands in the air and cussed because I said I did not want them to touch my car or do anything after what had happened with the valet losing an expensive key chain that means more to me than the $80-$100 dollars they cost if they can be found to replace them. I have never in all of the years I have been a Bonvoy customer had so much unprofessional conduct I have had to deal with as I did at your facility.

Although our stay is more than six months ago, it still upsets me to think about it. Being placed in an appartment on the first floor, overlooking the garbage yard and hearing every single subway train pass underneath (starting before 6 AM) at the price of a five star hotel is not customer friendly - the staff's Response to our complaints online was not either.

What a surprise. We stayed in this fully renovated hotel which was once the Custom House Tower. Great suite with views of the harbor at a very small rate. We were amazed at the good service and friendliness of the staff. Great location right next to Faneuil Hall in the business district.

It's a super lovely and spotless hotel or vacation house. From the moment you walk in, you can smell the cleanliness on each floor up to the 26th/Clock Tower. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The only issue I have is parking. There is nowhere to park, and you must use Valet, which costs $55.00 per/night. My rental car for two days costs about the same as parking it. I did not need a rental as this hotel is centrally located and most attractive. I wanted to see the Hop-On-Off Trolley, the first stop right across the street, next door to State Street Provisions. v/r, Dr. K. King

After spending two weeks at the MVC Custom House Boston, it truly felt like home to us. Even before we arrived, Kaylee was very friendly and efficient in assisting with prebookings. Then, once we arrived, it was a pleasure to meet her in person. Her outstanding level of service continued throughout our extended stay. Other staff members that come to mind who also excelled at customer service and professionalism were: the valet attendants; Zach & Ashley at the Front Desk; the concierge - Monica; ALL of Guest Activities - Sophie, Kim, Tracey & Maryellen; Yvon; Carlos; and the housekeepers. The unique loft suites on the 2nd floor were ideal for our party of four adults. Its spaciousness comfortably allowed for a rollaway bed. Suite furnishings were top-notch. Wandering through the interior of the Custom House felt like traveling back in time with its stately columns, majestic rotunda, and well-preserved artistry. These, coupled with a variety of guided tours led by the Activities Department, brought Boston's rich history to life for a first-time visitor. Complimentary evening socials, live entertainment, tasters, rooftop laundry and private viewings in the onsite theater were additional pleasures. Due to the hotel's central location, we were able to walk to nearby dining in Chinatown, North End, and even just across the street. We frequently rode the Amtrak trains to visit family in Rhode Island and got a hearty workout from the brisk walk from South Station to the Custom House. Over the years, we've stayed at numerous MVC properties. The Custom House now ranks within our top picks. Thank you for being a home away from home.
